Potty Time

Selena has been totally into her potty lately and is making great progress. It's what I can only imagine training a puppy is like. And she is NOT house broken yet! After bath each night we let Selena run around naked usually until she has an accident. Now it's not a big pile of potty, only two drips and then she catches herself and says she has to go potty.



We moved the potty chair out in the living room to limit the drips to the hardwood flooring and after she notices the drips she will run to the potty and use it. Of course then we give her a penny for her piggy bank so she wants to go all the time.
Another new thing is taking off her diaper. We have been using pull-ups and diapers, the diapers she pulls off the tabs and the pull ups she sticks her hands down her pants to try to get them off. This is all very new to her and she loves trying to get them off.



So I switched it up on her last night, I used a cloth diaper and she didn't quite know what to do and left it on. But because it is cloth she felt the wet RIGHT AWAY when she went potty in it and wanted it off immediately. Usually with the diapers or pull-ups she can go a little while without noticing.




Look how long her hair is getting, and this is after a hair cut!
