With Thanksgiving over what better to do than get a little muddy. The "off road machine" was needing it's legs stretched so we all piled in Samantha for a ride to the mountains. During the hour drive we went though a small ghost town except the population was probably more like 100. There were old Church's, houses that have seen better days a very old wild west type downtown and sunken cemetery. I could have spent all day exploring but we needed to get some mud on the little Sammy. Dressed for the elements since it was snowing, Selena and I got out to play while Joe flung mud and did an Austin Powers type move between two trees. After checking out like 50+ other rigs doing the same thing and macho men eyeing and drooling over each other's vehicles like paparazzi following Paris Hilton, we decided to let Selena get used to the wheel. Don't worry, we didn't pull a Britney, we were fully stopped, car off, e-break on, and there was our little hillbilly girl in a t-shirt and diaper behind the wheel. Gotta teach 'em young!
