Sweet Pumpkin

It's fall, I officialy can't get enough of pumpkin in anything. It's also fall when I start wanting to spend time baking in the kitchen. With all the rain, cold, wind and darkness I find myself wanting to bake. It all started Halloween weekend with pumpkin chili, I only needed 16oz of pumpkin and with a 32oz can of pumpkin I didn't want it to go to waste. So I make pumpkin muffins and pumpkin pancakes. Then I moved onto making my fall applesause and dicided to add pumpkin and it turned out wornderful, then onto pumpkin cookies and finally pumpkin bread. I still have another 32oz can of pumpkin just waiting, maybe I'll just make an old fashioned pumpkin pie or maybe I'll looking up some more resipes today...
